Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoperoxidase Electrom Microscopy. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Reconstitution: Reconstitute with 100ul 40-50% glycerol, ddH2O. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile glycerol (40-50%), aliquot and store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Purity:
Purified by Protein A chromatography. Less than 1% crossreactivity against other mouse and human heavy or light chains isotypes were detected by ELISA.

Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS, pH 7.2, 10mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free), 0.01% gentamicin sulfate. Labeled with horseradish peroxidase (HRP).
