E. coli-derived recombinant canine IL-1beta, Asp114-Ser265.
Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml. Detection limit for recombinant canine IL-1beta is ~0.5ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Shows ~40% cross-reactivity with recombinant feline IL-1beta, 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant human IL-beta, rrmIL-1beta, recombinant equine IL-1 beta, recombinant porcine IL-1beta, and 5% cross-reactivity with rmIL-1beta, recombinant rat IL-1beta, and rcrIL-1beta. Flow Cytometry: Dilute to 50ug/ml. Use 10ul of dilution to 1-2.5x10e5 cells. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile TBS, 0.1% BSA and store at -20C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
