Recombinant protein corresponding to bovine IL-1 beta.
CD49e is a type I membrane protein that associates non-covalently with integrin beta 1 (CD29) to form the heterodimer CD49e/CD29 (VLA-5). VLA-5 is expressed on mast cells, splenic B cells, thymocytes, T-cells and monocytes. The VLA-5 heterodimer forms the fibronectin receptor, which plays an important role in cell adhesion and migration. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1-10ug/ml Optimal dilution determined by the researcher Recommended Pair: Capture: I7663-10EX Detection: I7663-10E Recommended Secondary Reagent: Streptavidin (HRP) Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
