Recombinant mouse Interleukin-1 beta (IL-1b), expressed in E. coli
Applications: Suitable for use in Neutralization, Sandwich ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Sandwich ELISA: 0.5-2.0ug/ml using 100ul/well,. The detection is ~2000-4000pg/ml of recombinant mouse Interleukin 1 beta (IL1b). Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml. Detects1.5-3.0ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. Neutralization: 0.57-0.86ug/ml Yields one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity (10pg/ml)). Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
