Interferon gamma inducible protein (IP-10), also known as CXCL10, is an 8.7kD chemokine, which is expressed in a variety of tissues including liver, gut, spleen, kidney and thymus, in response to interferon gamma. IP-10 acts as a chemoattractant for monocytes, NK cells and certain T-cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA. Not suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1:1000 ELISA: 1-2ug/ml as detecting antibody Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Hybridoma: P3X63-AgP-653 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Recommended Secondary Antibody: I1904-65W: IgG, F(ab)2 (HRP) Pab Rb x Mo Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
