IRAK is associated with IL-1 receptor subunits, and mediates as signalling cascade leading to NF-kB activation after IL-1 binding. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunoprecipitation: 2-4ug/sample Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections Western Blot: 1:1000-1:2000 Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
