Location: 15 amino acids near the carboxy terminus of human KAI1 Applications: Peptide is used for blocking the activity of KAI1 antibody (C2433-60C). It usually blocks the antibody activity completely in Western Blot by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37°C. Buffer is PBS containing 0.02% sodium azide. Other applications not tested. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
