Application: Suitable for use as a Western Blot standard. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: Mix 2:1 with SDS sample buffer. Load 30ul of the 2:1 mixture is recommended for mini-gels. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
