Loading dye for DNA markers and samples on agarose or polyacrylamide gels. It contains two dyes for easy visual tracking. Recommended Dilutions: Add 1:5 of L3350 to DNA sample, mix 1 volume of dye with 5 volumes of DNA sample. In 1% agarose gels bromophenol blue comigrates with ~300bp fragment and xylene cyanol FF - with ~4000bp fragment. Storage and Stability: Store at -20C stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
