Molecular Structure: A soluble fusion protein consisting of 10 residual amino acids from murine CD8 alpha leader sequence (KPQAPELRGS), followed by the mature extracellular (192aa) domain of human LTbR (SQPQAVP_.PLEPLPP) fused to (233aa) murine IgG2a Fc (EPRGPTI_.FSRTPGK). Predicted non glycosylated molecular weight of 48.9kD. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 0.1-1ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Specifificty: Recombinant human LTbR-muIg fusion protein binds to recombinant human LIGHT in EIA. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
