Synthetic peptide corresponding to C-KIREADSPEGPQH, from MARCH2, at the internal region of the protein (NP_001005415.1, NP_001005416.1, NP_057580.3).
MARCH2 is an E3 ubiquitin ligase. E3 ubiquitin ligases accept ubiquitin from an E2 ubiquitin conjugating enzyme in the form of a thioester and then directly transfer the ubiquitin to targeted substrates. MARCH2 may mediate ubiquitination of TFRC and CD86, and promote their subsequent endocytosis and sorting to lysosomes via multivesicular bodies. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:16,000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
