MARKL1, a MARK type protein kinase, contains a N-terminal serine/threonine kinase domain, a central ubiquitin-associated domain and a C-terminal KA1-associated kinase domain. A smaller mRNA transcript, lacking exon 16 containing the KA1-associated kinase domain, also has been reported. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:40,000 Immunofluorescence: 1:100-1:500 Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 10ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
