MaxLight(TM)490 is a new Blue-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight(TM)488, Alexa Fluor(TM)488 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (491nm), Emission (515nm), Extinction Coefficient 73,000. Human macrophage/monocyte chemotactic protein-4 (MCP-4) is a member of the b-chemokine family (C-C) of cytokines. Like eotaxin, MCP-4 is a powerful eosinophil chemoattractant. Additionally, like MCP-3, MCP-4 elicits chemoattraction of monocytes and T lymphocytes. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA, Western Blot and Neutralization. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: FLISA: 1-2ug/ml (100ul/well). Use as capture antibody in sandwich FLISA. Neutralization: 1-5ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher Storage and Stability: May be stored at -20C. Stable for 12 months at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
