Partial residue sequence of the 20kD MCT1 protein.
MCT1 is a novel gene that was identified from T-cell leukemia/lymphoma cell lines with limited homology to a region of Cyclin H. MCT1 is novel candidate oncogene that results in a shortened G1 phase and increased rate of proliferation. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
