Synthetic peptide corresponding to aa3-14 from human MCTS1 (KLH).
MCT-1 is a novel gene encoding malignant T cell amplified sequence 1 that was identified from T-cell leukemia/lymphoma cell lines with limited homology to a region of Cyclin H. MCT-1 is a novel candidate oncogene that results in a shortened G1 phase and increased rate of proliferation. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1:500-1:1000 Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 20ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
