Product Description

Human cMet (GenBank Accession No. X54559), (aa956-1390) with N-terminal GST tag, expressed in an Baculovirus infected Sf9 cell expression system. Specific Activity: ~50pmol/min/ug Assay Condition: cMet was incubated with 2uM substrate (Tyr2 peptide) for 1 hour at 30C in a buffer containing 50mM HEPES, pH 7.5, 10mM MgCl2, 1mM EDTA, 0.01% BRIJ-35 and 200uM ATP. Developer solution was added to reaction and reaction was stopped after 1 hour of incubation at RT. Applications: Suitable for use in enzyme kinetics, inhibitor screening and selectivity profiling. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70C.
