Product Description

A blue fluorescent derivative of cGMP is a useful substrate the assay of cyclic nucleotide phosphdiesterase. Also inhibits calmodulin-dependent activation of cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase by peptide segments of HIV envelope glycoproteins has been monitored using MANT-cGMP. Fluorescence: max.
