Source: Mycoplasma pneumoniae cultured in broth base medium. Inactivation: Ether Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and freeze at -70C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquots are stable for at 6 months after receipt.

Purified from inactivated Mycoplasma pneumoniae by washing, differential centrifugation and ether extraction. Residual solvent was removed by dry nitrogen. Note: Handle as if infectious.
