NS0-derived rhNectin-3. (aa 56 - 400)
Produced in goats immunized with purified, NS0-derived, recombinant human Nectin-3 (rhNectin-3, aa 56-400, Accession AAF97597) extracellular domain. Human Nectin-3 specific IgG was purified by human Nectin-3 affinity chromatography. Nectin-3, also known as poliovirus receptor-related 3, is a 95kD type I transmembrane glycoprotein belonging to the Nectin family of Ig superfamily proteins. The extracellular domains of the Nectin family form cis-homodimers that are homophilic and heterophilic trans-interacting cell adhesion molecules, which play important roles in various cell-cell junctions. Human Nectin-3 extracellular domain shares 94% amino acid sequence identity with that of mouse Nectin-3 and then biotinylated. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml detection limit for rhNectin-3 is ~ 2ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
