Human NEK2 (GenBank Accession No. NM_002497), full length with N-terminal HIS6 tag, MW 53kD, expressed in an Baculovirus infected Sf9 cell expression system. Application: useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling. Source: Baculovirus infected Sf9 cells Formulated in: 25mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 100mM NaCl, 0.05% Tween-20, 50% glycerol, 3mM DTT. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
