Product Description

Control Peptide for P3124-10 Synthetic peptide corresponding to 17aa near the center of human PDL-1 (Accession NP_054862). Applications: Suitable for use in Antibody Blocking. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Antibody Blocking: Equal volume of antibody and control peptide for 30 minutes at 37°C. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
