Product Description

Blocking peptide for C2549-21A Synthetic peptide corresponding to 16aa near the center of human PDL-2. Applications: Suitable for use in Antibody Blocking. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Antibody Blocking: Blocks the antibody activity completely by Incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 minutes at 37C. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
