Positive control for cPLA2. The optimal molecular weight for 264.7 RAW is ~100kD without proteolysis. The full range for cPLA2 has been reported to be ~80-100kD. Recommended Dilutions: Mix with sample buffer, voil and run on e SDS gel. For best results, use 10ug/lane when decveloping with ECL. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
