Source: PSA from human seminal fluid, ACT from human plasma Purity: 99%% Free PSA: 1% Protein Content: 1mg/ml PSA : Total Protein Ratio: 0.3-0.7 (A280 (Emg/ml = 1.0)): Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and for antigenic applications in immunological protocols. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles by packaging into smaller sizes and freezing. Biohazard Statement: Tested and found negative for HIV 1 & 2, Hepatitis B, and Hepatitis C. Although source materials have been tested for certain diseases, no test can absolutely assure the absence of all infectious agents.
