Product Description

17 residue synthetic peptide [TYADFIASGRTGRRNAI-NH2], corresponding to residues 7-23 of both human and mouse PKA Inhibitor and 6-22 of rabbit PKA Inhibitor. Quality Control Testing: This peptide at 6uM inhibited > 98% of the activity of 25ng of PKA catalytic subunit (catP9102-91E). Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O or buffer. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
