Product Description

Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA or for antigen applications in immunological protocols. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: End user should determine optimal dilution for their particular applications and experiments. These peptides quantities were established in 96-well plates where the peptide was bound to plates for 2 hrs in 0.1M sodium carbonate buffer, pH 8.5. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Freeze at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
