Human recombinant kinase Ch expressed in baculoviral insect expression system. Enzyme activity: Not enzymatically active Applications: Suitable for use as a standard for Western blots. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: For Western blots using enhanced chemiluminescence load 2-5ul of prepared standard directly from vial. No dilution is necessary. For blots using less sensitive subtrates such as alkaline phosphatase, larger amounts of protein should be loaded onto the gel. Storage and Stability: Stable for 12 months at -70C after receipt.
