Product Description

Source: Recombinant corresponding to aa883-end of human PTPRS with N-terminal GST tag expressed in E. coli (BC104812). Specific Activity: 223.2pmol/min/mg. Assay buffer: 50mM HEPES, pH 7.4, 2mM EDTA, 3mM DTT, 100mM sodium chloride, 50mM pNPP. The specific activity of PTPRS was determined using pNPP. Enzyme reaction condition: 20mM pNPP, 2min incubation at 30C, 1ug enzyme. Applications: Suitable for use the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors and selectivity profiling. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -70C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -70C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
