Product Description

Location: 14aa near the N-terminus of SARS M protein (1-2) Applications: The peptide is used for blocking the activity of the SARS M (NT) antibody. It usually blocks the antibody activity completely in ELISA assays by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37C. It may also act to block the SARS M (NT) antibody in Western Blots. Storage It is supplied as 50ug at 200ug/ml in PBS pH7.2 (10 mM NaH2PO4, 10 mM Na2HPO4, 130 mM NaCl) containing 0.1% bovine serum albumin and 0.02% sodium azide. Store at -20°C, stable for one year.
