Purified from bovine thymus by immuno-affinity chromatography. All bovine materials are of US origin. Other antigens are not detected with ELISA assays. Purification is verified by SDS PAGE. Activity: 1000units/ml. One unit of activity is the amount of antigen that will generate an absorbance of 1.2 when assayed using standard procedure for enzyme immunoassay. Activity will vary with assay conditions/protocols. Applications: Suitable for use in solid phase immunoassays. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
