Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Dot Blot, ELISA, Immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:20,000 to 1:100,000. Assayed against 1ug of Streptavidin in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS (A0030) as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
