May regulate calcium-dependent activities in the endoplasmic reticulum lumen or post-ER compartment. Isoform 5 may be involved in the exocytosis of zymogens by pancreatic acini. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:64,000 Western Blot: 0.1-0.3ug/ml, observed in lysates of cell line Jurkat on ~45kD bands Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
