Applications: Suitable for Western Blot, ELISA, Immunoprecipitation, Conjugation and most immunological methods. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1,500-1:5000 ELISA: 1:5000-1:32,000, 1ug of Sucrose Phosphorylase was used in a standard sandwich ELISA with I1904-46Q and ABTS (A0030), as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended Secondary Antibodies: I1904-28K: IgG, H&L (HRP) Pab RbxGt I1904-28Q: IgG, H&L, X-Adsorbed (HRP) Pab RbxGt Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile dH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
