Tandutinib (also known as MLN518 or CT53518) is an orally active inhibitor of Fms-like tyrosine kinase 3 (FLT3) kinase, PDGFRb and c-Kit. It inhibits FLT3 phosphorylation, downstream signaling and tumor growth in vitro and in animal models. Solubility: Soluble in DMSO at 25mg/ml with slight warming, soluble in ethanol at 25mg/ml with slight warming, very poorly soluble in water, maximum solubility in plain water is estimated to be about 50-100uM, buffers, serum, or other additives may increase or decrease the aqueous solubility. Storage and Stability: May be stored at RT for short-term only. Long-term storage is recommended at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
