Tissue Protein Lysate produced under consistent processing conditions to ensure intact structure and original nature. Preparation: Total protein is prepared from whole-tissue homogenates, immediately frozen in liquid nitrogen after excision, and then stored at -70C. Applications: Suitable for Electrophoresis, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Enzymatic Activity, Protein-DNA Interaction, Protein-Protein Interaction and Tissue-Specific Expression Identification. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 10-20ug/lane Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher. Quality Control: 1. The isolated protein pattern on SDS-PAGE gel is visualized by Coomassie blue staining. The pattern is consistent with each lot. 2. The isolated protein is Western analyzed by either GAPDH or beta-actin antibody, and the expression level is consistent with each lot. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and freeze at -70C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt.. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
