Product Description

Tissue Protein Lysate produced under consistent processing conditions to ensure intact structure and original nature. Total protein is prepared from whole-tissue homogenates and presents a consistent pattern on SDS-PAGE analysis. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Enzymatic Activity Analysis, Protein-DNA Interaction, Protein- Protein Interaction and Tissue-Specific Expression Identification. Additional Data Supplied: All tissue protein samples are supplied with verified donor age and sex. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -70C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6months at -70C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
