Tissue Protein Lysate produced under consistent processing conditions to ensure intact structure and original nature. Total protein is prepared from whole-tissue homogenates and presents a consistent pattern on SDS-PAGE analysis. Total protein is prepared from whole-tissue homogenates, immediately frozen in liquid nitrogen after excision, and then stored at -70C. Applications: Suitable for use in Electrophoresis, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Enzymatic Activity, Protein-DNA Interaction, Protein-Protein Interaction and Tissue-Specific Expression Identification Quality Control: 1. The isolated protein pattern on SDS-PAGE gel is visualized by Coomassie blue staining. The pattern is consistent with each lot. 2. The isolated protein is Western analyzed by either GAPDH or beta-actin antibody, and the expression level is consistent with each lot. Storage and Stability: For extended storage, keep frozen at -70C in working aliquots. For continuous use, store at 4C. Repeated freezing and thawing is not recommended. Additional Data Supplied: All tissue protein samples are supplied with verified donor age and sex. All Alzmeimer products are from old aged donors, we assume that all the corresponding sourced Alzheimer patients are sporadic geriatric and not inheritable Alzheimer patients.
