Product Description

This recombinant human tPA is active and expressed in Chinese hamster ovary (Cho) cells. Recombinant protein corresponding to human two chain tPA, active, expressed in Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells. Molecular Weight: ~70kD ACTIVITY: >90% active as determined by titration with PAI-1. Fully complexable with PAI-1. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
