CTD Phosphatase (FCP1) catalyzes the dephosphorylation of the C-terminal domain (CTD) of the largest subunit of RNA polymerase II. This phosphatase activity is stimulated by the transcription factor TFIIF. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:4000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months.
