Recombinant protein corresponding to human TGF-alpha, expressed in E. coli.
Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Neutralization and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA (Sandwich): 0.5-2ug/ml using T8250-07A as detection antibody Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml. When used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, the detection limit for recombinant human TGF-alpha is 1.5-3ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. Optimal working dilutions to be determined by researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
