Recombinant protein corresponding to Ile24-Asp184 from mouse TGF-b RII expressed in NS0 and Sf21 insect ovarian cell lines.
TGF-b RII is a membrane bound serine/threonine kinase. It associates with TGF-b RI to generate a heterodimeric signaling complex that transduces TGF-b signals. This receptor binds TGF-b1 and TGF-b3 with high affinity and TGF-b2 with much lower affinity, and is expressed by most cell types. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels/10e6 mouse splenocytes Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
