Immunogen: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa29-186 from human TRIM, intracellular domain.
TRIM (T cell receptor-interacting molecule), also known as TRAT1 (T cell receptor associated transmembrane adaptor 1) is a 30kD protein expressed by T cells as a cystein-linked homodimer. It associates with TCR-CD3-zeta-chain complex and becomes phosphorylated by Src-family kinases. TRIM is potentially involved in negative regulation of TCR-mediated signaling, but its role remains unclear. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Flow Cytometry and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 1-4ug/ml, intracellular staining Western Blot: Non-reducing conditions Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
