Recombinant protein corresponding to Ser82-Thr268 of mouse TROP-2 extracellular domain, expressed in NS0 cells.
TROP-2, also named tumor-associated calcium signal transducer 2 (TACSTD2), GA733 tumor associated antigen and epithelial glycoprotein-1 (EGP-1), is a type I transmembrane protein highly expressed in carcinomas. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: 0.25-1ug/10e6 cells using mIMCD-3 mouse epithelial cell line. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: Carboxyfluorescein conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
