NS0-derived, recombinant human TROP-2 extracellular domain, aa 27-274 (UniProt Accession P09758)
TROP-2, also named tumor-associated calcium signal transducer 2 (TACSTD2), GA733 tumor associated antigen, and epithelial glycoprotein-1 (EGP-1), is a type I transmembrane protein highly expressed in carcinomas. Cell surface expression of TROP-2 is determined by flow cytometry using 620-650 nm wavelength excitation and monitoring emitted fluorescence with a detector optimized to collect peak emissions at 660-670 nm. Applications: Suitable for Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: Neat. Use 10ul per 1x10e6 cells. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, NS0-derived, recombinant human TROP-2 extracellular domain (rhTROP-2, aa 27-274, Accession P09758). Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Freezing APC conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. APC conjugates are sensitive to light.
