MaxLight(TM)550 is a new Yellow-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor(TM)546, 555, DyLight(TM)549 , Cy3(TM), TRITC and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (550nm), Emission (575nm), Extinction Coefficient 150,000. Applications: Suitable for use in FLISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Recommended Negative Control: I1904-83P1IgG2a Murine Negative Control Recommended Secondary Antibodies: I1904-65W: IgG, F(ab)2 (HRP) Pab RbxMo I1904-66C: IgG, F(ab)2, X-Adsorbed (HRP) Pab RbxMo Storage and Stability: Store product at 4C in the dark.
