Product Description

USP medium for total aerobic portion of microbial limit test. A primary media for preparing blood plates. Tryptic soy agar (TSA) is a general-purpose base medium used for the cultivation of fastidious microorganisms. TSA is a highly nutritious medium consisting of soybean-casein digest. The addition of blood to TSA facilitates the growth of more fastidious microorganisms.
