Recombinant protein corresponding to bovine TNF alpha.
TNF alpha is produced by a range of cells including macrophages, monocytes, T and B cells, neutrophils and endothelial cells. TNF alpha has a key regulatory role in the bovine immune response, where it is involved in modulating the expression of numerous cytokines, growth factors, inflammatory mediators and acute phase proteins. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1-10ug/ml Western Blot 1-10ug/ml Optimal dilution determined by the researcher. Recommended Secondary Antibodies: I1903-30U: IgG, H&L, X-adsorbed (HRP) ShxRb Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
