Highly pure recombinant human TNFa, expressed in E. coli.
Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA (Sandwich): 0.25-1ug/ml using 100ul/well antibody. When using this antibody as the capture antibody in conjuction with T9160-17A, the detection limit is 0.2-0.4ng/well of recombinant hTNF-a. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml. The detection limit for recombinant hTNF-a is 1.5-3ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
