Biozol Catalog Number: USB-T9160-38
Supplier Catalog Number: T9160-38
Alternative Catalog Number: USB-T9160-38-200
Manufacturer: US Biological
Host: Rabbit
Category: Antikörper
Application: ELISA, WB
Immunogen: Synthetic peptide selected from the Center region of human TNFAIP2 (KLH).
TNFAIP2 expression can be induced by the tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF) in umbilical vein endothelial cells. The expression of TNFAIP2 was shown to be induced by retinoic acid in a cell line expressing a oncogenic version of the retinoic acid receptor alpha fusion protein, which suggested that its gene may be a retinoic acid target gene in acute promyelocytic leukemia. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000 Western Blot: 1:50-1:100 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
