TNF-R I is present on most cell types and is considered to play a prominent role in cell stimulation by TNF-alpha: Induction of cytotoxicity and other functions are mediated largely via TNF-R I. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: frozen Note: For IHC and FC, dilutions to be used depend on detection system applied. The typical starting working dilution is 1:10. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Immunohistochemistry: human lymph nodes Flow Cytometry: PHA-activated T cells Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
